Hirentra is the product and trading name customers see. The software is developed and contracted by TheBigBangWorks Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Founder: Doru Oancea. Doru works in UK construction and built Hirentra around problems seen in the hand-off between site receipt, hired-plant control, off-hire, procurement evidence and supplier invoicing.
We are new. We are not pretending otherwise.
We are a small UK company. The product is live software, not a slide deck. We would rather start with one project than pretend we already run your group.
That means no fabricated customer logos, no invented savings and no claim that an ERP integration is ready for a customer until that customer's environment has been scoped and validated.
How we prefer to start
For contractors who want to evaluate Hirentra properly, the cleanest route is a focused six-week pilot on one project with agreed users, workflows and written success measures.
Use the real workflow
Capture delivery/POD evidence and use off-hire on the project.
Test the hand-off
Reconcile at least one real supplier invoice against the operational record.
Review evidence
Agree what worked, what needs changing and whether expansion is justified.
Commercial and trust readiness
Project pilots use written Pilot Terms and an agreed Pilot Order rather than relying on website copy. Customer data-processing terms are covered by the DPA, with named providers on the Subprocessors page. Security and procurement information is maintained in the Hirentra Trust Centre.
