1. Public website terms
These terms govern the public Hirentra website, marketing materials and website enquiries. They do not replace an agreed Pilot Order, subscription order form, Data Processing Agreement or enterprise implementation statement of work.
2. Company and product
Hirentra is a product and trading name of TheBigBangWorks Ltd, company no. 17424469, registered in England and Wales. References to “Hirentra”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean TheBigBangWorks Ltd unless context requires otherwise.
3. Pilots and subscriptions
A six-week pilot is not governed by these website terms alone. Hirentra's standard Pilot Terms, the agreed pilot/order details and, where personal data is processed for a customer, the Data Processing Agreement form the contractual starting point unless the parties sign different written terms.
4. Demonstration material
Website screenshots may contain invented demonstration data. “Illustrative demo data” does not represent a claimed customer result, saving, endorsement or live customer estate.
5. Product and integration statements
Website descriptions do not create a contractual feature commitment unless included in the applicable order form or written agreement. ERP/API connections are customer-specific implementation work. References to SAP S/4HANA, COINS, Causeway or other systems describe implementation targets/capability and do not claim vendor certification, endorsement or universal compatibility.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Hirentra name, website, interface design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to TheBigBangWorks Ltd unless stated otherwise. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Public-site liability
The public website is business information, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or health-and-safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, TheBigBangWorks Ltd is not responsible for business decisions made solely from marketing content instead of agreed project-specific information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights.
